Of course! Use as much – or as little – of your card in any order as you like.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the balance of your gift card. If you have misplaced this email, please get in touch with us at customerservice@haakaa.co.nz, and we can either check your balance or resend your most recent confirmation email.
No, you don’t earn points for buying a gift card; however, you will earn points on any purchases made with that card.
No, anything in stock on our website can be bought with your gift card.
No, they can only be used up to the amount stated on the card, with no further increases possible.
If an item is returned, we will process any applicable/eligible refunds as a store credit.
No, to help reduce plastic waste, our gift cards are exclusively digital.
