Delivery

Haakaa delivers across New Zealand via courier. You will receive a confirmation email with delivery details once payment has been made.

Please allow the following timeframes:

• 1-2 working days for Auckland deliveries
• 1-2 working days for North Island deliveries
• 2-3 working days for South Island deliveries
• 1 day after dispatch for Australia DHL next-day deliveries

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries and include your RD number when placing your order.

Note: Courier services may be delayed during public holidays and the Christmas period. Please allow a few extra working days during these times. Courier delays are outside of Haakaa's control.

Shipping Charges

For NZ orders:

We can deliver to any mainland New Zealand physical address. Chatham Islands and Stewart Island are excluded — please contact us for freight options.

• $5.00 standard courier delivery New Zealand-wide
• $10.00 rural courier delivery New Zealand-wide
• Free shipping on NZ orders over $80

For AU orders:

• Economy: $12.00 for orders under $99. Free economy shipping on orders over $99.
• Express: Weight and volume weight-based fee, applies to any order value.

Free shipping applies to orders placed online at www.haakaa.co.nz shipped to New Zealand and Australia only. This offer is not available at physical stores or for customers outside of New Zealand or Australia. Additional costs may apply for oversized items.

Please allow 1-2 days for dispatch after placing your order. We will advise you if your order is delayed. Rural addresses may have longer delivery times. All orders are tracked, but we accept no liability for orders lost in transit.
