Return & Exchange
Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions:
- Contact is made with Haakaa NZ within 7 days of delivery
- Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
- Goods are in their original condition as purchased
- Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt
Clearance items are not returnable. Exchanges via post or courier are at the expense of the customer.
Breastfeeding items and bottles are not refundable or exchangeable if you change your mind, due to hygiene reasons.
We are not able to provide refunds for change of mind.
If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Proof of purchase is required and faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible.
Customers in New Zealand (North & South Island) will not be charged freight on faulty returns. Customers outside of New Zealand are responsible for freight and handling charges for returning goods and receiving any repaired or replacement items. We will advise you of these costs before dispatching any replacement goods.
