Product is Not Suitable
Should your order not be suitable, we will happily provide an exchange or credit voucher subject to the following conditions:
- Contact is made with Haakaa NZ within 7 days of delivery
- Goods are returned within 14 days of delivery
- Goods are in their original condition as purchased
- Returned goods are accompanied with a receipt
Non-refundable Items and Change of Mind Returns
Clearance items are not returnable.
Change of Mind Returns: We're happy to accept change of mind returns on unopened items in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to organise your return before sending. Return postage or courier costs are at the customer's expense. Please note that bras are excluded from change of mind returns for hygiene reasons.
Faulty Goods
If goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Proof of purchase is required and faulty goods must be returned to us as soon as possible.
Customers in New Zealand (North & South Island) will not be charged freight on faulty returns. Customers outside of New Zealand are responsible for freight and handling charges for returning goods and receiving any repaired or replacement items. We will advise you of these costs before dispatching any replacement goods.
